Try putting scotch brite pads the kind used to clean the kitchen or steel wool in your panties or underware
use a sewing kit to hold them in place, so they cant be removed easy
Keep them in there as long as you can, go for a walk, or go shopping
When you take them out rub your skin with aftershave lotion

I've actually gone with over 250 sewing type needles in my underwear. Although I had to put duct tape on the sides of my underwear, just so the needles wouldn't poke through the undies to scratch the thighs when I walk.
