Start out on all fours. Movement One: Bat at your ear with one hand. Movement Two: Turn in a circle. Movement Three: Get up on your “hind legs” like a dog doing a trick. Movement Four: Make an exaggerated motion like you’re barking (whether you make any actual sound is up to you). With Movement Four completed, return to the starting position.
Perform this routine for one hour.

Start off being shutdown. Your shutdown pose is bent forward at the waist with your arms dangling in front of you.
You slowly and jerkily straighten up. Like straighten up a little. Pause. Again. Pause. Until you’re standing straight.
Life your right arm up like you are waving slowly. Then wave left and right twice. Slowly move your arm down. You’re standing at attention with your arms crossed in front of you, palms on top of each other covering your crotch or something. Then you take your right hand, and kinda flat palm direct to your nearest hallway. Cycle 100x
Keep doing that then shutdown slowly the same way you powered up. Slowly bending forward. Pause. Forward, pause. Then your arms just dangle them again in front of you. Stay shutdown for 5 minutes.
