You should go outside to a secluded place where you can bare your nipples in the cold, take 2 clothes pins with you. So let the cold air chill your nipples for 5 minutes then put clothespins on each you can now wait 5 minutes and rip the clothespins off or wait 10 and remove as normal. Make sure you go in and get warmed back up after.

Sit outside your house on a balcony or porch with nothing except a blanket. You have to stay out there for an hour, but can take 10 minutes off for every edge.

Do the whole thing on omegle for n extra rush!

Do you have a long overcoat?
