16 F needs punishment when failing dares

I've been doing a number of dice-dares and other random dares on this site. Some of them I have failed, and some dares say to request punishments from other GD members.
So here it is...
Post your punishment ideas here...

Hard Limits: Family, Friends, Anal, Messy, Public, X dressing (don't have anything)
Limits: Extreme pain, Extremely long dares (I still live at home with parents)
Likes: Moderate Pain

I do nothave any toys, except any household items (if you would like me to use something please specify)
I will not send pictures

I guess thats it. If a new limit arises or a problem is created I will update thread.

For one whole day you must wait until your need to go to the bathroom is fairly urgent. Then you must go to restroom you must enter and leave twice before turning to actually go to the bathroom. You must be outside at least 90 seconds each time.

Ok so I found this post (not saying where) and was wondering if you think it is a good punishment for me...

"I am currently in a combination of a normal tied frontal, bra connection (in back), and journalist wedgie (frontal tied to top best posts and ankles tied to bottom posts). The wedgie/ropes are tied so tight all I can move is my fingers to type this report (being forced to).In addition to the wedgie there is toothpaste (or something similar...not exactly sure) in the crotch which of course burns!
