You may choose the item but you can't wear the same thing twice

Maybe 'accidentally' put the tshirts you wear around the house on too hot a wash and on a high tumble dry, to see if they shrink.
This is likely to have more of an effect on new cotton tees.

A couple easy rules for you

-Whenever you are using the bathroom (toilet, showers, etc) you must have one hand teasing your nipples at all times.
