Assign me a punishment for procrastinating

Hey,

i procrastinated a lot last week ...
To get me in a proper shape again I'm seeking for a punishment.

The main part of the punishment should be handwriting lines.
The punishment can also include some sort of classic punishments/old-school punishments.
