You can make a pair of handcuffs. Here is an easy to knot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8RQFCksxVA. Not the absolute best, but very easy to make. Remember not to make it too tight.

Also, since you're home alone, you should be naked all day long. Once you're naked and restrained, try to play with your pussy. I dare you to edge three times, no cumming allowed.

Can you get into a simple hogtie, with your wrists and ankles tied together behind you back?

First place a knife or scissors in the other end of the house.

You will have to crawl a maximal path from where you tied yourself up and to the place where you can cut yourself lose.

Easiest is if you have wrist and ankle cuffs that you can attach rope or strings to. You can make cuffs easily out of rope or duct tape.

Of course, do it naked...
