How to tie myself?

Hi,
i always wanted to tie myself completly into saran wrap or duct tape. But i don't know how. I always wanted to know what it would feel like to be not able to move your arms. Can somebody please tell me how i can manage this problem? and just for the record, i have somebody who will unwrap my arms but i want to tie myself.

very easy, just take the saran wrap role and fixate it somewhere vertically (e.g. with a rope). hold the end of the wrap and then turn around until you are completely covered.
