I am a huge fan of the show! I'm a bit behind on their public youtube releases, but I am SO down for this idea!

I work 8 hour days, 5 days a week, but other than that, I have no schedule restrictions. I hope that is plenty of time to complete tasks. I am open to anything other than the very things you have stated won't be part of the tasks.
