25M - Fill up my denial categories
Hey beautiful people!
I started a strict orgasm schedule this week which will (hopefully) train me to have less and less orgasms. To make it a bit more interesting every day has a category assigned to it. There are currently four categories:
I thought it would be fun if each category had tasks assigned to them and I would randomly pick a task from that category each day. (Or maybe more depending on the task) So far I have the following tasks for No Touch:
And these for Teasing:
I have non for Edging days and none for CUM days so far. So I thought maybe you guys had some additional ideas for each category or ideas in general to spice up the game There are basically no limitations so long if anything is in line with my likes/dislikes/limits. I would also try to document my progress here. Looking forward to your replies!

Do you have a chastity belt? Also I think you should have a rule that some of the CUM-days you can cum only on anal and not by touching your dick.

Hi. Cool idea you have come up with.
Ideas for the edging tasks (some more for frustration than others) - Edge x no of times (and i would suggest a random number generator (say 5-20?)) - Edge/Goon for X period (30, 60, 120 mins) and edge as much as you can with 20sec pause. - Edge X times every X hrs (depends on practicality for you , but for example 3 times every 2 hrs during day-light) - Stop go Edging (get to edge first and then 20sec on, 10off with aim that this should eventually having you edging each "on" period - adjust timings as u need - then go for 20-30mins like this. - Slow edging - find a metronome speed that keeps you hard, add 10 to it. then see how long it takes to edge. Hopefully should take a while. Edge 3 times like this throughout day. Hopefully some of these you find useful. welsh |

This is like a Tabata format. So 20secs stroking and 10 sec rest, then keep repeating. You can get apps or timers that will beep at each round. If you get close to an edge first then you will find that it is more difficult as you will edge in most of the 20sec periods of stroking. Normally i would stroke as hard and fast as you can till you edge and then slow down so you keep on edge to end of the 20secs.
