So this is my official report for my first promise.
I started with 13 push-ups and found it very easy but when it came to the 18 ball hits, i started of way to hard. I always enjoy the first hit but by the 3rd I feel sick and will admit the rest of the hits where nowhere near as hard. I'd like to make my next promise harder and longer with some humiliation added if anyone has any ideas.

DEEP THROATS:

INSERTIONS:

- vibe must remain in me at all times
- Penalty, 10 additional FAST insertions for every time vibe slips out completely.

EDGES:
- nothing should ooze out allowing one minute between edges.
- If anything oozes, once i swallow it, I will then ask the most frequent poster in this promise for a punishment
