Get a dice (or just use one online) roll a 6 sided die 6 time and add all the numbers together then add 6 on top of that. eg you roll a 5, 1, 2, 3, 3, 2 for a total of 16 then add for a total of 24

Then get the strongest rubber band you can find and stretch in out between your thumb and fore finger (non dominant hand) and spread your legs and place it over your clit. Pull the band that is closest to your clit far away from your body (as far as you dare) and let go. repeat this a number of time equal to your dice rolls +6.
