Might be tricky, but may be worthwhile.

You will need around 10 balloons and a needle or other sharp object. You are to fill each balloon with something a little messy, although each one has to be something different, so for example you could do rice pudding, baked beans, pee if you're feeling daring and anything else you can think of.

The next stage is up to you. You can either do this in bra and underwear in your back garden if you have one, or naked in the bathtub. The choice is yours.

Blindfolded, you are to select 8 balloons at random. You will then hold each balloon you pick above your head, so I suggest picking them one after the other. You must then pop each balloon, not knowing what it will be you'll be covering yourself in.

This would leave two balloons left over. Don't worry though, these will be eaten/drank by you. Hopefully for your sake you'll get something you don't mind the taste of!
