Default In need for tasks to practise being a human statue/Mannequin

I really want to practice in being a human statue/mannequin. However, my motivation and creativity is low in coming up with ideas and doing them

So tell me
How to pose?
How long for?
Where?

Also any additional information you can think of. Maybe punishments if I don't complete the task?

Since your a slave naked in your home for 1 hour ...

Punishment you have to do it out in the cold this time of year ... and for every second you fail the indoor challenge you must makeup outside

Cool a it. It's are hard to find. Let start easy, stand in a corner with a clothes hanger. You will support the clothes hanger with one index finger, like your pointing from your hip. Do this for 1 hour, and keep your mind blank. This is your only job, to hold the clothes hanger. Have fun with it.

Also it's just the hanger, no clothes on it. Just wanted to sure that was clear.

They were both difficult as that's longer than I have been frozen before, so its good practice. Specially Sirie as my arms were aching after a while but I managed to keep the pose. Master 33406 Pose was interesting and did allow me to get into an object midset, really easily.

I am ready for more poses?

Here you go. Get one small plate, and go into the living room. You will become a coffee table. Get down on all 4s and place the plate on your back.
Do not tense your neck, allow you head to hang, in order to advoid neck pain. Focus on your breathing, then become the table.

Today a easy one
Your a rug, so lay on floor on your back.
Time 45 mins
BUT, we are doing something maybe you haven't learn yet.

Breathing, in thru your noise, out your mouth.
Now for the special part, your ready.
Image a silver ring around your body, like a hulu hoop.
every time your breath in, the ring raises all the way to the top of your head
When you exhale, it drops down to your toes.

Sometimes the ring isn't fast enough for your breathing, and you have to hold your breath in or out until the ring hits that point.

WAIT till your 45 mins are up, your going to love the feeling.

Have fun with it.

Oh, forgot one thing, don't do this standing up, always be laying down, or sitting. Or the sudden stop when your face hits the floor will wake you up.
