Looking for weight loss !!

I weigh 185 and need to weigh 145
You can make me do anything but my limits. I need to lose weight. I currently start keto and lost 18lbs but need to continue and need some direction. I NEED some help.
I'll do anything I am desperate

Public
Fire
Needles
Animals
Scaring
People other than my husband

Eating more fruits or veggies will have lower calories but help make.you feel full
Doing 15 to 20 min daily jogs will help
Doing 3 sets of 15 sit ups daily will help
