From when you first wake up until bedtime, collect every drop of your piss in a bowl, before you go to bed you can start to drink it, if you can't drink it all then you need to keep adding your fresh piss into the bowl until the bowl is empty.

Collect your piss for one week it may fill a couple of gallon containers of you drink plenty. Don't over hydrate just drink enough and make sure your containers are air tight for the smell. Keep them in a nice warm place

Then on the final day get dressed in nice clothes, dress, stockings suspenders, the works. Make sure your makeup is well done

Go about your day holding it in as much as you can out when you needed to go hold it and collect your containers of piss.

Head outside and then relax and release initially. Let it wash over you and keep walking. Then take half the collection and pour it over you.

Then walk some more own , then kneel and don't move until you have drunk all the remaining piss

From now on you will only be allowed to wear one pair of panties which you may never remove other than to take a shit. All piss will be done through them and don't you dare think of removing them to shower or sleep. Pick a day to do this task.
Before going to bed fill a two liter bottle with water.
Tomorrow all pee will be into a cup or some type of container.
You then will pour your pee into the 2 liter bottle you filled last night.
Yes I know it is full so you will drink about as much water as you peed.

The idea is to add your pee to the bottle, leaving it as full as possible.
This way as you go through the day, your bottle will have more pee and less plain water.
OK you got through one day, can you continue with this bottle for second and third day?

For the next 3 days, anything you eat or drink must contain some of your piss in it.

Collect your piss in a bottle or container, and then whenever you need to eat or drink something pour a generous amount of your piss into whatever you're eating or drinking, even if it is just a glass of water. The goal is to get you used to the taste of your piss by the end of the three days. I understand that this may not always be possible to do when you're outside, but you must still try to do it if you can.

Each day, count the number of times you eat or drink something without the special ingredient. Let's call this number 'X'. For your last piss before going to bed, place the panties you wore that day in a bowl and then piss on them so that they are completely drenched. Then put them in your mouth. They are to stay inside your mouth for X times 5 minutes before you go to sleep. As an example, let's say X was 3 on a particular day. The piss soaked panties will stay in your mouth for 3 times 5 = 15 minutes.
