This is simple enough. Many avatars end up reduced in size and resolution to fit the guidelines here. If you still have the original, full size, full res version of your current avatar, post here saying so. Then, you must send it to the person above you.

So... every time you post, you'll have to send that image to the person above you, but you'll also get the next person's.
