Dare: Cumulative Crotch Rope

I haven't been able to find any like these, so I wanted to make my own! It's basically what the title says, although the rules are a little different than normal. This time, every single rule that's accumulated goes to the person who made the first rule. I'll give an example. Make sure it's in their limits!

Person 1: 1. Must wear crotch rope for an hour for each line.
Person 2: 1. Must wear crotch rope for an hour for each line.
2. Crotch rope must be made of twine.
Person 3: 1. Must wear crotch rope for an hour for each line.
2. Crotch rope must be made of twine.
3. For every time you have to remove it to use the restroom, you
must wear nipple clamps for five minutes.
Person 4: BOOM!!! (Person 1 must follow all the given rules, not the last person to post a rule) I'll start.
1. Must wear crotch rope for a day per line.

I'll start!
1. Must wear crotch rope for an hour for each line.

2. For every time the wearer must remove rope for any reason before their time is up, they must message ten people asking for one of their PM dares and do any they receive.

I don't think you know what you're getting in to with this, Anonymous, so I want you to suffer for it. I'm bumping the thread and adding another rule (since you didn't say we couldn't).

1. Must wear a crotch rope for an hour for each line.
2. For every time the wearer must remove rope for any reason, must message ten people for PM dares.
3. Must insert toothpaste into ass every time crotch rope is removed.
