You have not stated what you want the trigger to do. However, I do have a suggestion. Download a program called "virtual hypnotist". There is a yahoo group that has a lot of pre-made files of various types. It is also highly customizable and easy to write your own, or alter an exiting one. This way you could have the one(s) you are looking for
