Well marshmallows are largely made out of glycerin as well. It isn't directly harmful, it simply draws water into your colon. Most suppositories are made out of glycerin so it is approved by the FDA and doctors, but I understand if you have other reasons against it.

Normal water can be harmful as well if you don't eventually re-balance electrolytes. If you are looking for a volume challenge...

Try and take five quarts and be sure to mix in some UNIODIZED salt or sea salt into it. You colon can hold 4-6 when empty, but it will be a challenge. I have only succeeded once. Good luck!

Oh okay that's good to know! I might try it then, i just don't know where to buy some :/
Yep i know i try to balance it when i go above 1.5/2L(quarts is basically the same)

Okay wow i will try try,i never made it past 3.5 if i remember correctly so this will certainly be a challenge,thank you.
