Our current system is there being two sets of rules, one for low security and one for high security. High security:

5. 1 bathroom break
6. 40 pushups 40 burpees 100 situps 200 jumping jacks
7. Home by 7. In bed lights off at 8.
8. Same food rules as low security

For medium:
2 vaginal inspections per day. If she's wet or dirty, 50 spanks.

For hard:

Yes we use clothespins on nipples for punishments with out it being a formal rule.
