Virtual Corner Time Tasks

I'd really like to use the virtual corner time app to help put me in a submissive state of mind but it's difficult being the one who sets the time and threshold. I'd like someone else to control this aspect for me. I am willing to add other punishments or extend it to several days.

Roll a six sided die

1 = 2 mins
2 = 5 mins
3 = 10 mins
4 = 20 mins
5 = 30 mins
6 = 1 hour

Flip a coin
Heads = Disciplinarian may choose to vary the duration off
Tails = Disciplinarian may choose to vary the duration on

Roll a second six sided die and subtract that from the initial 20% Movement Threshold
So 1 = 19%, 2 = 18%, etc...
