Default WriteForMe Workout

For those of you looking for a different type of workout, I dare you to try one of my new WriteForMe workouts. Here is how it works:

You type lines. At the start of each line, you do jumping jacks. As you type, interruption screens will randomly give you exercises to do which you must complete in a certain amount of time or more lines are added (this will help keep your heart rate up). The numbers of reps and frequency of interruptions depend on which level you do. The actual line typing is designed to be fairly easy and achievable (even for those of you that don't enjoy doing lines) so that the main focus of this dare is the workout.

Great workout dare. Under close watch of stopwatch which punishes slacking... I was quite careful not to take more then 30 sec on anything, after first 'test' run to get familiar with concept on which I failed few times till I got hang of that 30sec rule...

So far I finished only Beginner version and it took me 27 minutes, done all properly. As expected, in this version, I didn't have trouble with exercises due low reps but it gets quite jumpy with 25x25 jumping jacks so I guess that was the main cause which left me drenched in sweat by the end. Also outside temperatures didn't help much either hehe .

Don't get me wrong, the advanced version is very challenging physically, but it seems like at least one person can do more, so here it is.
