Any Rules for ABDL?

Hey iam very new in the whole ABDL scene and i wanted to ask you Guy's for some rules like Bed time or Cloth control and so on

i rly dont have anything for now so what Do you Think are 'must have' rules for a little toddler (:

- Can't pee after 8 pm each night and go to bed wearing diaper
- No men underwear from now on, wear only female panties and bra
- Spend 2 hours crawling like a baby while you are alone at home
- Keep a baby pacifier in mouth when you are at home.
