20/m here looking to work out, challenged ?

Looking to go to the gym more and looking for some work out challenges to help me lose weight.

Will be doing the first set today, at colleg for the next 4 hours then going straight to gym so any challenges posted in that time I'll try do

I see you are from Scotland, so I think you should do like they do under kilts, no underwear! You may only put your underwear back on after you have completed a 2 hour session, otherwise you are going commando everywhere

Actually have a wedding I'm going to soon, oddly we do wear underwear under them a lot along with knives

Also more meant what type of workouts I should do XD I'm shit at making my own regimes
