I have some work I need to get done over the next couple of days. If you have any techniques for motivating me to concentrate and get my work done and perhaps some punishments for when I slack off. I have been very bad at staying on task.

I have normal household items and thin embroidery thread.

Break the tasks in few parts.
Now stop peeing and start doing one part, you can't pee until you finish it. If you failed you have to add 100 edge before you can cum
