Put clothes pins on your nipples and toothpaste on your clit, then put your hands behind your back with a rubberband securing it. Lay on your shoulders with your back to the shower wall and ass pointed up and your legs spread apart and feet out toward opposite wall. Pput something to protect the sink of the shower plate (like a small colander) then pour in the shower plate a good amount of ice and some thumbtacks, then enjoy a cold shower (barefoot no cheating)
