this summer i will be going to the outer banks in north Carolina, i am looking for rules and dares to do during this time (i would like some semi-public or public dares) but keep in mind i will be out there with my family and i will not do anything involving them and i will not do any full public dares unless it is night.
i will be taking my toys (i will compile a list eventually) and i will be in walking distance from the beach
