Missing the gym punishments

I am ment to go to the gym Monday to Frida.

I would like some punishments for when I miss it of don't go on a day.

Please help me make them very motivational so I'll go to the gym.

Hmm.,.
Its good that you are trying to get fit....
Here is some motivation for you
You have to perform enema for missing your gym training....
Also attach two clothpegs to yoyr nipples and tie them witha string, now string goes right in your mouth.. make sure the clothpegs gets stretched when the string is in your mouth.. ofcourse you must be naked for this punishment...
And then put two clothpegs on each ball
And perform
50 jumping jacks
25 squats
25 bridges
I hope this punishment will keep you motivated enough...
