Additionally, Mr. Yellowtop claimed tax benefits for 3 times the amount of employees than he actually employed by registering his employees under multiple names. By doing this, he also avoided paying his employees overtime and full time benefits.

"When asked for comment his aunt stated Mr. Yellowtop acted without consulting her and that the charges rested squarely on his shoulders.

"Mr. Yellowtop notably had ties to President-Elect Trump as he was considered for various cabinet positions. Just an hour ago Trump took to Twitter to comment: "Mr. Yellowtop is a liar and deceiver. I have always hated him. Sad. #Lyingtop"

"Given Mr. Yellowtop's high profile, prosecutors are pushing for a fast trial."

And boy, was it fast. Within days Lola had been summoned to testify if necessary. She sat in the back of the courtroom as the judge addressed Mr. Yellowtop and his lawyer, "Mr. Yellowtop, how do you plead on the charges of embezzlement and fraud?"

But she had decided to allow the council to continue by assigning a licensed US attorney to consult. The arguments had taken only a few days and now it was time for closing arguments before the jury would ultimately decide whether Mr. Yellowtop was innocent or guilty.
