19f predicament play dares for me?

I'm looking for good predicament bondage type dares to work on my self control. I don't want the whole ice release type thing I want to learn to endure it even if I have the ability to stop it(metaphorically unlock the handcuffs). Any ideas for practice?

I have:

icy hot
jade eggs that I can tie weight to
typical household items
