Is it worth it?

I was thinking earlier while I was out having a cigarette... How badly did I want this cigarette... Would I enough to endure pain for it?

To the smokers out there here is my challenge... If you are female, put some sort of clip or clamp on your clit... Male balls or head of your penis... If you want to smoke, you must leave it on the entire time.

Do you want that cigarette badly enough to endure the pain?
Maybe the negative conditioning will help you quit

I think I will have to start this one with my next smoke break.

For the record: I have never smoked, but I know what a cigarette burn feels like...

Its a very nice idea, and I believe it should be super-effective..!
I do not smoke, but I have people who do, I would love to have them do it..!!!
Just one addition, if it is xth cigarette of the day, x number of clips, thats pretty fair..!

Thats definitely a good one. I think the most I got was 4 clips... after a while... heehee. I should STOP smoking though
