Every night before you go to bed take four dice. roll them and add up the result so you get a number between 4 and 24. Repeat four times. These are the times at which you'll be allowed to pee the next day; so for example if you rolled 5, 12, 17 and 18 you'd get to pee at 5am, noon, 5pm and 6pm. And I mean exactly that time, you should pee between 5:00 and 5:01am so you have at most 60 seconds.
