Well first collect some worms, as many as possible. Then take a beach towel out to your garden in the middle of the night and lay down. Preferably a night that is clear with no clouds and plenty of moonlight to help set the mood. You might also want to get yourself wet as worms like moisture. First put one worm on your chest and let it crawl around. Concentrate on the worm and feel it's full effect. If it is going to fall off your body move it back in the middle. Then try one worm on your face. See if that feels any different.

Then keep adding worms one-by-one over your chest, your belly, and your face. Take your time and don't move. Let the worms get active but don't let them get away until you have mastered laying completely still as the worms crawl all over you.

The idea is good, but I cannot do anything outside. It will become public because many neighbours can see me!

Ohhh, maybe I misunderstood you the first time. We will change things a bit so your neighbors can't see. First you need to collect the worms from your garden. You can be dressed normally. Then take the worms inside. You can put a beach towel on the floor inside your house and then complete your disgusting initiation there. Do the same dare but inside, not outside!
