When you first get to the gym, put in your butt plug while still in the locker room, and leave it in utill after you are done with your work out. Might want to think about using a small one for this.

After your work out, go take a shower, and take your butt plug off in there. Walk back to your locker, not hiding your plug, and set it in your bag. Put on your underwear, and hang it off your locker door, then close it. Edge once, get dressed and get out of there. Enjoy your blushing!
