Get a hard brush ( floorbrush or panbrush)
Brush your nipples firmly with 20 strokes each
Than take binderclamps and put them on
Now get 2 small drinking bottles, fill with water.
Lead a twine in each of them and close the cap
Kneel behind a table
Bind each twine to a clamp
Let the bottles hang on the other side of the table
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Get the bottles up, and than (if you dare) let them fall of the table.

Yes.... Nipples only.....
