I would say a nice clamping for 15 should be a good start. After that give them a good toothpaste coating.

The 15 minutes started off fine, and hurt so bad near the end. My toothpaste has cinnamon in it, so my nipples are really burning. Thank you for the dare!

Start by spanking each nipple 25 times with a ruler and then twist until they harden. Then, tie two pens together (using rubber bands will be the easiest way) one above and one below each nipple so they clamp down. Tie them as tight as you can stand. Then start the ice again until the two cubes melt. Apply toothpaste when finished.
