Lifting weights with balls
What about lifting some weights with your balls?
Get a rope or string or bandage or chain or just anything that would do the job. Tie it around your balls as tight as you can. Then grab both ends of the rope and tie them together with something. It's weight must be minimum 3kg. The heavier the better, but remember about safety. And then some lifting. Kneel and put this weight on the floor. And then stand up, you must be fully standing. Hold it, count slowly to 10. And kneel again, putting the weight back on the floor. Repeat 3x 10 times. You must lift and hold the weight only with your balls. And remember: safety first. I personally like lifting weights with my balls. |
