Dare: Double dare and confession

this is simple!

The first person will go and give the person above them two dares. After they give them two dares they will confess something bad they did. Then the next person will do the same, so on and so fourth.

Example:

1. You must wear panties only for one week
2. You must edge 100 times before you cum

Confession: I wasn't able to finish a punishment.
