Duct tape and Duct tape only. Place a cross over each nipple then make a duct tape thong for her to wear.

one of my fave's is to get her to put a slutty outfit under a regular outfit and then every hour/half hour she is out of the house make her take off one item of clothing,

starts off pretty sedate but if she is in school or out with friends she will soon be down to removing underwear under her clothes, plus it means frequent trips to the bathroom and she can take you a picture at each stage as proof.
