What should I eat this week

This request is probably a bit silly, but I currently have a week long underwear task (thanks CISS!!). I thought it might be fun to give up control of what I'll eat for the week as well. My underwear dare starts tomorrow so if possible I'd appreciate it if I could get meals planned for tomorrow this evening.

So the idea is you would post a day or days as well as what I'll eat for each meal. My other dare runs Saturday through Friday so I'm looking for menus for that period of time. I have a grocery store accross the street so I can typically accomodate last minute posts.

Limits:

It must be real (people) food
If you specify quantities it must be attainable (for example I can eat a dozen glazed donuts in one sitting, but I can't eat a dozen jelly donuts in a sitting)
It must be generally available, my grocery has a wide selection but for example they don't carry aged duck eggs
Fasting is fine but only for a day at a time

Allergy free (well except penicillin - so no moldy bread

Saturday, July 4th - MENU

Since you live in the Red, White and Blue, and it will be Independance Day, why not celebrate with food of the appropriate colors!

Breakfast - Toast and Strawberry Jam (Red)

Lunch - Chicken and Rice (White)

Afternoon Snack - Blue Mr. Freeze

Dinner - Red beets, white potatoes, and blue cheese; if you want some meat, how about 'red' meat (beef) cooked 'blue' - like a steak.
