Hypnosis?

So, I want to try an hypno file but I'm afraid of doing something wrong or anything like that.
Does anyone has an advice?

You're in control of what you listen to. I wouldn't suggest any curses or triggers to begin with. There is some lighter stuff which you can find out there.

I've also found that when you go in with a mindset of worry, fear or doubt that it tends not to work. If you go in optimistic, or tired, then it works a lot better.

If you're curious then the only advice I can give is to give it a go!

Best thing I can say, relax, don't worry, and don't think about anything except listening.

When you find what you are looking for:
You should be alone in a dim lit room with no outside interference. Get yourself comfy and in a relaxed position, release any inhibitions or doubts and let it happen. Turn on tape and let your mind and body listen to and accept the instructions.
