How's this for a start?
If at night your room is generally warm then open your window(s). Before going to bed drink about half a litre of water. Go to bed in just your boxers and throw any blankets/ duvets on the ground. Now tie your legs and your good arm in a spread eagle position with your bad arm free so you can untie yourself later.
