Thing you gonna need:
-a micro container - something that can enter your anus.
-diaper. just very recommended.
-for safety: fishing wire.
-number lock recommended.

What to do?
lock yourself or a part of your body with the lock, and put the key or a piece of paper with the key number on it inside the container. for safety (recommended), tie the container with the fishing wire, leave 15 inch of wire.
then insert the container to your rectum and diaper yourself. now you cannot release the locking until you poop it, and search the key inside the poop.
