Put on a diaper and put on pants over top. Find a way to lock your pants on so they can't pull down past your hips. Freeze the key to your lock and hold your pee and poop as long as you can, then remove your frozen key from the freezer and wait for your freedom.

Once again lock yourself in nothing but a diaper, but this time throw the key into a neighbour's yard. wait until either they go out or go to sleep to retrieve the key, but good luck finding it.
