How to keep your nose warm?
Lately, it has been cold. So I been getting up through the night to turn the heater higher, lower, get blankets, take off blankets, put clothes on, take them off, etc.
One problem I can't figure out is how can I warm up my nose without covering it? (I can't completely cover it because it makes me feel trapped) So my question is, How do you keep your nose warm on these long winter nights?

Other than keeping the room or area in the room at a decent temperature, maybe with portable heaters, there's not much you can do.

Haha... that's always a tough one. I grew up in a northern area of Canada, so it gets quite cold. I really can't think of a way to keep it warm without covering it. Easiest way is with a scarf, so it covers the whole lower half of your face. In high school my friend jokingly made a "nose warmer" out of fabric which was tied behind the ears.
Hmm... try a heating pack? One that's more malleable that you can heat up in hot water or by microwaving. Here in Canada you can also get these small disposable heating packs from connivence stores for mitts or boots. Try putting it on your nose for a while to warm it up?

What I like to do is put my hand or hands up close to my face. The warm air you breathe will help to keep your nose warm.

you cant really do anything. its just poor blood circulation. everybody experiences similar things. like cold ears, cold fingers, cold toes. it just shows that your nose is the part of your body that has poor blood circulation.
