Have you ever seen or heard of something that has made you cringe?

And yes, about 5 minutes ago a friend sent me a video saying it was porn... well... it wasnt and it was infact the most disturbing video i have ever seen. He cuts his finger off at one part... no, seriously, at another part he hangs himself by his balls, another part he puts a pin in his balls.

I am acctually mentally scared, and it is the first time i have ever seen a video and acctually cringed
