Very new sub... I need punishment ideas!!!

I just started the dom/sub lifestyle and really loving it so far... but I have been given an assignment to come up with three quick self inflicted punishments that can be counted. And not spanking.. that is always a given

1- The first is something I need to be able to handle daily
- I was thinking clothes pins on my nipples and shaking them side to side to count each time.

2- The second has to be something more severe than the first, something I will dread but tolerate

3- The third has to be something I will hate entirely and be very painful

Rules:
No blood, permanent damage, no public/family, no burns, no urine/feces
