Stuff your underwear (with socks, tape, stick etc) to make
it look like you have an erection standing straight out.
Also stuff your breasts (easier using a bra) to show big
hard nipples peeking out.

Take a tour on town like this, try to cover up with your
hands while walking around. Buy something in a big mall
dressed like this.

You may not hide the "erection" with clothes, but you
may wear something on your shoulders covering at least
half the breasts but not the nipples.
