Tie your legs to the spreaderbar, make sure that the spreaderbar is also connected with rope to something that cant move.

you can use one of your gags or ducktape to seal your mouth

Now find an hoodie with a front pocket, preferably oversized. Bind the sleeves together, you can use a belt for this. Make sure the belt is very tight and that the sleeves run trough the front pocket before you connect them. Since the hoodie is large, you should be able to easily pull it on and slip your arms into the sleeves.
